SAWS Public Meeting Tonight at Las Lomas Elementary School

SAWS is hosting a Special Public Meeting Tonight  to discuss the SAWS terminus plant & pipeline construction, and how it will affect surrounding neighborhoods during construction. The meeting will be held at Las Lomas Elementary school at 6:30 PM this evening.

This project is HUGE and will impact the daily travel of many people. The terminus will include 2 – 80-foot water towers next to Las Lomas Elementary on Hardy Oak Blvd.

**Extended road closures are involved, including parts of Summer Knoll, a heavily traveled road before and after school for Reagan students!

On the plus side, in discussions regarding the project, SAWS has been very receptive to the concerns of residents and definitely appears to be willing to work with them.  Click HERE to view project details, along with planned road closures, that will surely be discussed at this meeting.

Plan on attending tonight at 6:30pm to have your questions answered now...before construction begins.
