Oreo Birthday Workshop at YCA

In celebration of the 100th birthday of the Oreo cookie, the Young Chefs Academy near Stone Oak Parkway and Huebner Road will host a special workshop featuring the cream-filled treat. Between 6 and 8 p.m. Friday, May 4, this class will make Cookie and Cream Cupcakes, Oreo Truffles, Oreo Cheesecake and Oreo Caramel-Dipped Apples. Cost is $30 for YCA members and $35 for nonmembers.
