Well, I don’t know how it is happening but I am losing fat and building muscle. I am eating and feeling great!
Today was another productive day with work.
I don’t want you think that I don’t crave a #5 w/cheese from What-a-burger on occasion but, I have been true to myself and will stay the course until day 14. That’s right! I get to have a cheat meal - cheat lunch really. The earlier you eat in the day the faster I will burn it off. Its kind of like a restart or kick in the head for my metabolism.
On the 15th is when I begin confusing my muscles a bit more with heavier weight and more reps. Should start to see some definition by the 30th and I might post some pics then (don’t count on it).
Diary of eating today:
Bfast:
1/2 c Egg beaters
1 Spicey turkey sausage link
USANA Chelated Mineral
USANA Antioxidant
HOT ROX
Lunch:
Salad w/2 oz. grilled chicken
Red pepper vinaigrette
Hummus
Dinner:
Apple, Butternut Squash, Chicken Casserole
This is a recipe from Precision Nutrition - unbelievable how much it tastes like potatoes and chicken.
I snack on apples and almonds throughout the day.
No ZMA needed in the last couple of nights. That is because I have been laying off the heavy weights because of my mountain cedar immune deficiency.
