HPI Announces New Retail Development

HPI Real Estate Services has announced a new retail development, Bulverde Marketplace.  It will be a 750,000 square-foot retail complex on 113 acres south of Loop 1604 on Bulverde Road.  Bulverde Road will be extended south of Loop 1604 to Wetmore.  Redland Road will be connected east between Bulverde and Classen Road to form the southern boundary of the new development.

According to Adam Schiller at HPI, the project will be completed in separate phases with the west phase breaking ground first.  The entire project is to be completed by 2009.  There are currently proposed Lowe’s and HEB locations on the north corners of the intersection.

HPI continues to develop properties along North Loop 1604 with a 300,000 square foot retail complex at Northwest Military and a combined office and retail complex at I-35 and 1604, east of Rolling Oaks Mall.
