Reagan Varsity Softball comes from behind to take down Madison

The Reagan Varsity Softball team took a giant leap forward in making the playoffs Tuesday night as they beat Madison 3-2.  The Rattlers with their Ace Julia Hoyack on the mound scored first in the 4th inning and took a 1-0 lead.  It would not take the Mavs long to tie and take the lead as they would conect on a two run homer in the bottom of the inning.  The Rattlers clawed back in the sixth inning with a run to tie the game back up at 2 a piece.  And in typlical Reagan dramitic fasion Kayla Blucher would hit a two out single to drive in the go ahead run in the top of the s

Kayla Blucher's two run homerun in the bottom of the 6th ininng was just the icing on the cake as the Rattlers pushed their way past Roosevelt Staurday afternoon. Reagan's Miranda Ramerirez pitched a completegame for her sixth win on the season and the Rattlers moved their district 26-5A record to an impresive 8-3.

Varsity Softball takes Monday off to get ready for an important match up vs the Madison Mavs on Tuesday night. The game will be played at 7:15pm at NE-West Stadium off of Judson road.

Reagan Varsity Baseball Big 6th inning Sparks win over Churchill

Boys Varsity baseball put up 7 runs in the 6th inning to down Churchill at BAC on Saturday afternoon. Brandon Hehns pitched a complete game scatering 4 runs and 9 hits over 7 innings. Helms record goes to 3-1 and the red hot Rattlers are now 24-1-1 on the season with district 26-5A record of 8-1.

The Rattlers Match up next vs MacArthur on Monday night at 7:15pm at BAC.
